Free shipping on all orders above $150

Standard Shipping $10

Express Post $20

International Shipping $35

We aim to provide a fast dispatch service. Once received, all orders will be fulfilled and dispatched within 2 - 3 business days. Please allow additional time for fulfillment during peak/promotion periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post. You will receive an email from Australia Post and ourselves with tracking details.

Once orders are dispatched, Crows Shop is not responsibile for any lost/stolen packages. Once shipped you can change your delivery option to an AusPost Safe Drop Location via your MyPost account. 

Please note: Once orders are placed, changes and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed. If there are any urgent changes, please contact our team via email at crowsshop@afc.com.au or via the Contact Us form and we will endeavour to make these adjustments. However, please note these changes are unable to be guaranteed.

Deliveries and Tracking

Please allow the below for your selected delivery method:

Standard 5-10 business days

Express 3-5 business days

International from 20 business days

Australia Post estimated delivery times are in addition to the Crows Shop processing times; this is currently from 2 - 3 business days. Note: if your order has personalisation please allow an extra 2 - 3 days on top of standard processing times.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your item(s), click here and enter your tracking number in the space provided.

Crows Shop Online ships orders via Australia Post. If there is no one at your delivery address when Australia Post deliver the package, the package will be taken to your local post office.

Parcel receivers who have registered with MyPost will be updated about their parcel with digital notifications. For more information on Australia Post delivery times, please check Domestic delivery times - Australia Post

Terms & Conditions

Return to Senders 

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the delivery address is correctly stated at the time of ordering. The Crows Shop is not liable for orders returned to us and will incur an additional shipping fee to re-direct. Similarly, if an order is not collected from the local post office (LPO) in the specified collection timeframe, a fee will be applied to post out again & original postage forfeited.
