When will I receive my CROWmania Voucher?

Eligible members who have renewed receive their voucher via email starting in late November 2023. Thereafter, vouchers will be sent a week after you sign up or renew as a 2024 member.

  

Can I still redeem the voucher for a 2024 Member Scarf or Pin?

Yes! 2024 Member Scarves and Pins are available online, instore or at venue on Crows game days so you can put your voucher towards these items.

 

Can I use my voucher in store?

Yes! Vouchers can be used online, instore and at venue on Crows game days.

 

Who receives a voucher?

Reserved Seat, General Admission, Essential Crows, AFLW, Interstate, Victorian members will receive vouchers. 

Baby, Toddler, Boundary Line and Digital members are not eligible for a voucher.

 

Can I put my voucher towards something else?

Yes! You can use your voucher towards anything at CROWmania.

 

Do I need to be logged into my account to access the exclusive Member products if purchasing online?

Yes, this will allow you to see the exclusive member products in the shop online.

Once you are ready to make your purchase, you will be able to type your voucher code into the Gift/Member Voucher section in your cart.

To add multiple voucher codes to one transaction, add them individually pressing Apply each time.

Please note that if you haven't shopped online before you will need to create a CROWmania store account - this is different to your membership account. 

 

Will I still receive my 10% member discount if I use my voucher?

Your 10% discount will not apply to the exclusive Member range including the 2023 scarf or pin but it will be applied across any other items online. 

 

My voucher code is not working. What shall I do?

Does my CROWmania member voucher expire?

Yes, your voucher will expire on 31 August 2024.
