Online orders can be returned or exchanged (IN STORE ONLY) at our store or online.

If your item was purchased online please contact the store on 08 8440 6600 to ensure we have the item in stock and are able to assist, ensuring it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy here. Please also remember to bring your order confirmation email.

To return an item, please complete the Returns Form which was sent with your parcel. Please note it is your responsiblity to ensure the return meets out policy guidelines stated on the form and also found here


Upon receiving your return, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.
