Final Sale Items Policy

Please note the following terms & conditions apply to all sale items.

Customers are encouraged to double-check their orders and delivery details before checking out, as modifications or cancellations cannot be made after the order is placed.

 

What is the returns policy on Final Sale items? 

All Final Sale items are Final Sale. These products cannot be returned for refund, store credit or exchange unless faulty.

If your item is faulty please email crowsshop@afc.com.au with a photo of the fault.

 

Can I change my order? 

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, due to our automated warehouse process, this may not always be possible.

Please note that we cannot add additional items to an existing order or merge multiple orders into one shipment.

As all Final Sale items are Final Sale, these products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
